The hotel offered a nice stay overall with modern facilities and a central location in Burnie. The rooms were comfortable but slightly noisy due to the restaurant downstairs. The service was excellent, particularly with help carrying luggage up the stairs. The location was convenient with easy access to amenities, although it could get noisy at night. The dining was adequate but could have been better with more variety. The facilities were decent for the price paid.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were spacious, with a really comfortable bed and extra towels provided by the amazing friendly staff. It was such a short walk to the beach, and having the pubs upstairs added to the fun atmosphere. The only downside was that some rooms were located two levels up, which may not be ideal for everyone.

The staff were wonderful. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about local history and attractions. I even got help sourcing a mechanic when I had car problems. They were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

The hotel has a lovely setup for heating, which is ideal for most of the year. However, lacking air conditioning in the summer made us compromise on security by keeping the window open. The room looked fantastic, well-furnished, warm, and comfortable, though it was not vacuumed during our stay.
